Postage

We charge a flat rate of $10.10 for any orders under $150.00. Postage on orders over $150.00 is free. If any of your items are placed on backorder we will pay for postage of these items to you when the item is back in stock.

Delivery Times

We quote a 3-4 week delivery period from the time your order is sent (Monday weekly). Usually we run under 3 weeks but please be patient if your order is late. This can happen for several reasons, eg: held up in customs, public holidays both here overseas.

All returns are to be notified within 7 business days of purchase, either by email or phone prior to returning. All returns are to be authorised by Between the Sheets Lingerie staff and all freight/postage costs on returns are to be paid by the customer. There is no re-stocking fee for exchanges. All returns must be unworn, not been laundered or dry cleaned and to be returned in the condition it was sent.



All goods and services purchased within Australia attract the Australian Federal Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Purchases outside of Australia are exempt from GST. The prices shown for products and postage and handling include GST where applicable , and the total GST paid is shown in the Tax Invoice. All monetary values shown on this site are Australian Dollars (AUD).
